Virtually all facilities offering senior care will base the price for care upon an “Assessment Care Plan” which is conducted by a licensed Registered Nurse.

Many facilities will also itemize additional costs for each daily service provided, such as housekeeping, bathing and meals. At Evergreen Park, we charge just one flat fee, for all the services provided that is based upon the individual’s assessment. The only additional charges that may be incurred would come from third parties providing something from outside the home, such as the rental of special equipment for the care of an individual resident.

Most clients pay between $4500 and $7000 per month for their care at Evergreen Park. This includes those in need of Hospice Care.
