Evergreen Park was established in 1992 by Marijana "Maria" Morrow. Under Maria's watchful eye and relentless dedication to perfection, the Evergreen Park homes continually obtain the highest marks from the families we serve and from the professionals with whom we interact. The families who entrust us with their loved ones care have been extremely happy with the care we provide and they continually refer new clients. Many of our clients also come to us by way of referrals from doctors, nurses and other medical professionals who have become familiar with our high standard of care.

Maria's formal education includes degrees in Business Management and Administration Law. Maria also has had an extensive nursing education and many years of hands on nursing experience.

"Our mission" says Maria "is to provide the highest level of professional, compassionate care to our residents. It's our goal to enhance the quality of each residents life; physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Our commitment is to provide the best quality care possible and to treat each resident with respect. Our company is a work of love and love is the foundation of everything we do at Evergreen Park. It's not simply one big thing that makes us successful, rather it's the many little things that happen each day; the smile each morning, the touch on a hand, the compassion, the love and the respect that each and every one of us offer to our residents."

Also on the management team is Steve Morrow with a background in business administration, real estate acquisition and property management. Steve grew up in Seattle and is a graduate of the UW and of Seattle University. Steve is also an active real estate agent.

Adrian Balasa has ten years of experience in the assisted living industry and has owned and operated his own assisted living business in the past. Adrian also has a strong background in a variety of real estate transactions and is an active real estate agent.

Irina Balasa has an extensive education and background involving banking, business management and accounting. Irina is primarily responsible for the great deal of record keeping tasks that are key to making Evergreen Park successful.

The management team at Evergreen Park works closely with our residents, with the family members, the caregivers and the medical community to see that our goal of 100% satisfaction is achieved.
